Finally got back in the saddle today after 1-1/2 years
Finally got back in the saddle today after about 1-1/2 years of having both my knees replaced and rods inserted in my legs and it felt AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to go buy a battery but she fired right up like she was never turned off, I skipped work and me and the wife did about 150 miles and didn't want to stop. Tomorrow we are suppose to get snow so I am prolly firing up my shop and getting her fired up on all cylinders this weekend. It just feels awesome to be back on the bike and back in the shop messing around. Its been to long and finally might get around to finishing putting the rear switchback fender on my streetbob that has been sitting on the shelf for years now. Sorry just had to let everyone know, I felt like a little kid in a candy store today with a grin ear to ear, lol. Jackyl

Welcome back. It's good to get healed up. Just waiting for this miserable winter to end was hard enough, I can just imagine how slow a year and a half crawls by.

Congrats, I know that must feel great. I am bike-less after a triple-bypass in April 2010. Had to sell the Fatboy (didn't like it anyway) to help pay for medical bills. Hopefully a Dyna or Sportster in my future again in a few more years.
