Difference between Super Glide Custon & Low Rider

Superglide custom:Rake 29 deg. Seat Height 28", laced wheels.
Lowrider: Rake 30.5 deg. Seat height 25.4", Mag wheels.
These are the main differences I found. I am sure there are some other minor cosmetic differences. With my style of riding I would prefer the the S.G., but I think the Lowrider is prettier.

Also look into maximum lean angle. When I bought my 2009 FXDC, one of the decision making factors
was that it could lean several degrees more than the same year's Low. As it is, I wish I could lean
the FXDC a bit more than I can so I'm pretty sure I'd have been very unhappy on that year's Low
because I ride a lot of twisty, mountainous roads and even at moderate speeds I occasionally
drag pegs or the rear exhaust bracket.
FWIW....

Rake is the angle the front wheel protrudes from the front. Trail is little more complex to explain, but it is basically the angle from the axle to the ground across from where the rake hits the axle. The more severe the rake, especially without trail makes the bike harder to control. In my opinion less rake = easier steering, more rake = looks cooler. I was under the impression the S.G. is more of a performance bike than the Lowrider, but in the right hands the difference is miniscule.
