Default Did I just miss something???

Just bought a 2014 FXDB yesterday (my first harley) and noticed something I didnt expect

When I was looking up info about the bike before I bought it on the official Harley site, it said that it is chain driven. But mine is belt driven? I was so excited buying the bike that I didnt notice it at the dealership.

So my question to whoever can help is, are some bikes of the same year and model belt driven rather than chain?

As well as belt.

Id take a final drive belt over a chain anyday. The belts dont require any maintenance other than adjusting and last a long time

Belts keep the rear wheel and spokes a whole lot cleaner. Other than adjustment, belt requires no maintenance.
