i am a new member to the HD-forum. i have an old FXR that I am restoring and have been hunting the internet for months looking for an OEM replacement battery bracket. When i got the bike it was missing completly.

i have been unable to locate one without signing over my first born The one i did find was used on ebay and they were asking 60 beans!! At any rate.. i recently found that Licks Cycles offers what i've been searching for..new for 21.99.. ..score!! Thought i would pass it on... here is the link

Nice find. I was in the same position as you and finally found someone on Ebay that is reproducing them. About three weeks after I bought that one, I bought a set of leather and canvas original saddle bags from a guy off Craig's List and found one in the bag. Now I have a spare!
