Default 06 wide glide problems

I have an 06 wide glide with Vance and Hines short shots, Andrews 37 cams high flow breather and a tts master tune. For some reason my bike hiccups at idle and ***** off when it is cold. I don't see the problem as much after the bike warms up but everyone and while it just gasps for air... Also seems like the bike is running hot. But I am not positive on that because I don't have a temp gauge. Anyone have any idea what it could be? I was thinking about bringing it to get dyno tuned but if I can fix it my self would rather do that.

Do you have the autotune? And have you done a couple tunes already?

Also, try pulling the big 40 amp fuse for a minute. Now put the fuse in and cycle the key on for 30 seconds, off for 30 seconds...do it 3 times.

I have to do that to calibrate on my t-maxx.

Check your injectors. The 06's came with 8 degree models and this would happen. Mine were upgrade to the 25 degree model and this problem went away.

I have also changed my injectors...but still hd a similair problem.

My ecm fried and still never figured out if it was ecm issue the whole time or not. Glad to have the Thundermaxx system anyway.
