Hi! all. any rider here who has soft lower or engine guard chaps on their engine guard? does this thing help reduce wind noise coming from between the tank and handlebar? thanks in advance

 

No. They keep you a little dry and also warm when the weather is poor. They are a little low to cut wind at the handle bar.
