Saddlebags that actually fit
I'm having trouble finding saddlebags to fit my 2007 Street Bob. The issue is that I would prefer to not relocate the rear turn signals, and I'd like to preserve the rather sleek look of the bike (I don't like the bags that sit about 4" off the rear fender). I don't want throwovers that scratch the fender, and I don't need them to be quick releasing. I just need something that fits in between the springs and turn signals to stick a change of clothes, a couple beers, or whatever else I have in my backpack currently. Any recommendations would be most welcome. Thanks, guys.

been looking at foxcreek and plain jane they seem to be the only 2 that have the right angle to fit the shocks, I have a pair of slant saddlebags on the bike now and need to change them, because there is not enough angle to the bags, and they are not big enough. the foxcreek look to be the best fit but they cost the most. and I'm not sure its worth the difference

I picked up some ebay throw-overs, which ended being Leatherworks bags (http://www.leatherworksinc.com) removed the yoke and mounted them with a couple of straps over the fender struts. I'm planning on hard-mounting them when I have a bit if extra time.

if you want them to be removable you will have a spacing off the rear fender rails... i fabbed up new mounts and cut the bags to get them as close as possible... if you want them to stay on the bike you can bolt them right up to the fender rails and be done... i would recomend Dev fabrications they make the clam shell repops...
