Had a indy install new cables and apes on my fat bob. Now the front brakes make a loud noise when i get on them. I took it back today and he said it could be air in the lines and to ride it a couple of days. I guess my question is what could it be. Thanks

 

What kind of loud noise? If there's air in the lines the lever will be spongy. And if he thought there was still air in the lines and sent you on your way I would find a different Indy

 

Exactly what he said! I am a cheapest fix first guy, I would get some brake cleaner and spray them down well, this should ensure there is no grime in there causing the noise. If that doesn't work I would pull the pads, a pad that has fallen apart or cracked will cause noise. Other than that I am out of solutions.
