Fat bob brakeline

Fat bob brakeline
I´m putting on a 16" apehanger.
Does anyone know where to get a fitting brakeline and perhaps wires as well?
Burley has nice kits for swapping handlebars but not for dual discs.
Also the handlebar I´m going for is the Roland Sands king ape, if anyone knows what lenght I should get I would be most grateful.
I will be using the original riser.

You have to change the whole brakeline. From both calipers to the ABS-module and up to the MC.
If you go get the parts-book from your local stealer, there's brakelines in the back of it. Here you can find modular brakelines, so the next time you wanna change length you only have to change the upper one...
You don't say anything about risers, so it's hard to say how long lines you're gonna need...
