Default Need to locate accessory wire

I need to hook up my plug for Garmin to an accessory wire on my 2013 Dyna Super Glide Custom. I would rather not go direct to battery if possible. Seat is off and I can't locate the wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I connected mine into the hot wire of the front running lights which are always on with the key.

Lights plug is located in the backbone under the fuel tank.

According to the 2013 Dyna models wiring diagram there's no acc plug.

As posted previously option #1 is to splice the 12V Garmin feed to the orange/white wire and the ground wire to the black wire inside the headlight bucket.
Option #2 is to connect the Garmin + wire to the battery + pole and the ground wire to the battery - pole.

In either option do not forget to protect your Garmin with a fuse!

Thank you for that info. I do not do anything electrical or electronic without fuse protection. Seen too many good rides fried because of overlooking the danger of no protection.
I am running to battery for now. I will need to remove the headlight soon when I get a new Daymaker for the headlight. The good thing about the Garmin is that when you shut down from 12 volt system, the Garmin emits a beep letting you know the unit will shut down automatically unless you hit button for internal battery. This is why I did not want to go to straight battery connections. As soon as I order the new LED headlight, I will change the wire from battery to headlamp.
Thanks again for the help.
