Lights plug is located in the backbone under the fuel tank.
According to the 2013 Dyna models wiring diagram there's no acc plug.
As posted previously option #1 is to splice the 12V Garmin feed to the orange/white wire and the ground wire to the black wire inside the headlight bucket.
Option #2 is to connect the Garmin + wire to the battery + pole and the ground wire to the battery - pole.
In either option do not forget to protect your Garmin with a fuse!

I am running to battery for now. I will need to remove the headlight soon when I get a new Daymaker for the headlight. The good thing about the Garmin is that when you shut down from 12 volt system, the Garmin emits a beep letting you know the unit will shut down automatically unless you hit button for internal battery. This is why I did not want to go to straight battery connections. As soon as I order the new LED headlight, I will change the wire from battery to headlamp.
Thanks again for the help.
