Is something missing here?
Just noticed this hole - is there supposed to be a bolt here???
This is the right side of my front wheel - not sure how I never noticed before.

Ha no you're fine. That's there to aid in front wheel installation.

Don't as soon as I got my lowrider home and was looking it over I thought the same thing... Had to look at photos of the bike to realize it was that way from the getgo...

My 99 Sportster had a padlock style fork lock and I used to drive with my padlock in that axle hole - before I installed my fork bag...
