I go about 7,000 -8,000 miles on full synthetic Amsoil. 56,000+ miles so far.

HOW MANY miles do you put on the bike? i put on a few thousand a year and change out all the fluids once a year...

I use Mobile1 and change it every 3,000 with 50/50 mixed hwy & city miles. I never go over 5k
