combination digtal speedo/tach
After using this
http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...10-70900274--1
For over a year now I got tired of seeing the U code everyday of it I decided to make a change. I like the combo for sure. Had my bike retuned, the bike has gotten hard to crank at times, most of the time. My tuner thinks it may be the speedo. So I ordered a Dakota 3204 plug and play.
I will have it on tomorrow.
Making so many changes on this one is wearing me out. Spent the last 3 days designing and developing a new type trailer hitch for it for a single wheel trailer I picked up.
Waiting on a mystery trike kit to arrive.
I really am starting to feel my age.

After getting the speeo set up. getting the mph adjusted. I did a 1/4 mile run to check out the 1/4 mile feature and had to come to a stop in a hurry, a piece of wood in the road. The front tire locked up and I went down at 110 mph. I did not think I was ever going to stop sliding. I have no skin left on my left arm and a few more scattered on my left leg and hip. Other than that I am good. Dumb **** me left my riding jacket hanging on the other bike. That sucks I'm telling you.
Nothing is broke or dislocated. I'm good.
The bike faired very well to. Could not believe it. Needs a primary cover, clutch lever, gear shift and left turn blinker.

I'm good. I have been having problems getting my front brake to work properly. The lever comes in to the grip and does about 1/2 as it should. I worked on it a few days ago. flushed the system and added new brake fluid. Not much improvement. Then today it decide to work like it should.
Good part bike isn't hurt much and now I have great front brakes. LOL
Oh well. I had fun with it all last summer. I knew I needed to do something about the power but loved it too much. It will be a trike in a few weeks. I don't ride that hard with my trikes. It was a rush I will say. The funniest thing was I thought I had stopped sliding and stood up to realize I was still sliding. LOL
