Default Anyone Experience A Miss Like This?

I have a 2013 FXDC with Vance & Hines Slipons with standard baffles and XIED's. When idling the rear cylinder seems to have a an intermittent miss. It sounds like a pop pop pop every three to five seconds. Never noticed with stock mufflers.
Thanks in advance...

Did you check for any codes? That happened one time to me when I had XEID's and the front one wasn't plugged in all the way to the O2sensor. It showed me that when I ran the codes and was an easy fix.

Are you sure it's the motor missing or just a little popping? You wouldn't have heard it with stock mufflers.

Here's how to check for codes http://www.fuelmotousa.com/harleycodes.html

I had a situation like yours and it ended up be a bad o-ring on one of the lines on the fuel pump. The dealer had just replaced the fuel pump under warranty and apparently it had a bad o-ring.
