Did you order the RBT module also? I added the clusters, red lenses, RBT module, and equalizer on my 2010 FXDC. They've worked great for several years. Not sure if your's is a plug & play. Talk to the folks at Custom Dynamics. They are great to work with & they'll get you set up correctly.

I picked up the RBT kit from Custom Dynamics and the Signal Stabilizer. Plug and play and works like a charm!

RBT kit - http://www.customdynamics.com/tailconversion_kit.htm
Signal Stabilizer (blue) - http://www.customdynamics.com/loadequalizer.htm

the load equilizer ( or signal stabilizer) just makes the turn signals blink at the 1 per second rate mandated by the ntsb. you will need a run/turn/brake module to make the blinkers act like break lights. i use the parts jason linked on my 09 fatbob and it works like a champ. 1 beer installation. pattern 7 on the brake lights
