Default After Market Exhaust with OEM Floorboards on 2014 Street Bob

Hello All,

I searched and cannot quite find my answer. I have a 2014 Street Bob with the Harley floorboard kit installed. I want to change my pipes and really like the V&H Bigshots Staggered and called V&H to make sure they would fit with my floorboards and they couldn't answer me as they said they have not yet tried that.

Does anyone here have those pipes with the floorboards AND if anyone has floorboards with different pipes, can you let me know if they fit fine? I do not want to have to mod heat shields etc.

Thanks for your help.

In most cases exhaust will fit different bikes. Like my Bassani will fit my 2010 wide glide and my 05 super glide. I would do some research to see what fits bikes with floorboards and go from there.

Have 14 Lowrider with HD mini floorboards and V&H 2-1 exhaust and no problems with clearance.

Post a pic of your floorboards. If they are the same as the FLD, then just pick a pipe that works with the FLD.

If they're the FLD 'board kit, I've seen pics on here of guys running 'em with the V&H BSS.

my floorboards would not fit on a 06 street bob with V&H short shots, though they're spacers out there to make it work.

I had to space out my right board to fit short shots.

'12 Bob- HD floorboard kit- Rush long pipes.
Clearanced the front pipe heat shield at the rear footboard mount.
Spaced it out first, didn't like it. I cut out an upside down "U" shape, works good.

I think a good test is too see if the exhaust works with the Switchback.

Yes I looked at some Switchback exhausts but am really stuck on either the Big Shots or possible Bassani Road Rage (1D12R) but still cannot tell if it will work.
