Hi I had installed a new rear tire on my bike. 160/70B17 REAR BLK K591 HARLEY-DAVIDSON DUNLOP. This is what was on my bike before I changed it. Since I change the tire the front end of the bike seems to wobble/unstable unlike before. We checked everything around the bike and everything seems to be good. Could it be a defective tire???

Could be a few things.
New tire not balanced.
Possibly tire out of round.
When rim was reinstalled, may not have been aligned.
