Default Check engine light on hard accelerate

So I went for a nice ride last night, found that when i accelerate hard, the check engine light comes on. Mainly from 1st but will stay on through the gears then just goes out. Sometimes on a hard corner same thing, I do not feel any hesitation or other sign. Any one else encountered this, its on a 2012 fatbob, about 4800km and stg1 done.
I don't wanna go to the dealer yet so any suggestions would be appreciated. Maybe some things to check. This is my first bike.
Thx

The check engine light means that the bike threw a code. Look into that first.

this hapened to me once and drove me nuts. I am willing to bet that your spark plug wires are loose at either the coil or at the plugs.
