I found the headlight on ebay for about $130. It is a "Black Metal Motorbike LED Halo Light" and comes in a variety of colors. No problems so far with the cops....in PA you can have accent lighting as long as it's not strobing or flashing. Super bright, great for visability, and definitely turns a lot of heads. Even had a cop pull up next to me who I was following and said it was bad ***! LOL. Had to get a custom bracket built for it as the mounts are on the side.
