Anything stopping me from putting the Michelin Scorcher 180 from a Wide Glide on my 2013 Bob? Harley says it's incompatible but the rear wheel sizes are the same between the bikes as I recall.

I don't know for sure, but I know buying rear tires for my wide glide kind of sucks because there isn't a lot of variety for that particular size of tire.
No reason it won't work, just check clearances of the wiring etc. under the fender. I'm running a 180 Night Dragon (same size as Wide Glide) on a Super Glide (same size rim as your Street Bob) with no issues.
Wide Glide and Street Bob/Super Glide all use 4.5" wide rim.
