The only time you have a motorcycle you really want is when you first buy it.

I love the Superglide, but my second choice would be a fatbob.

Wanted a DX, got a Wide Glide (aka "Wrong Glide"). Couldn't beat the price, bike was salvage titled (left rear fender strut was bent, nothing a hammer and a blowtorch couldn't fix), and I could probably turn it into a DX for less money than buying an actual one.

I have the FXDXT and Love the Fat Bob too! they make a T-sport style faring for the Fat Bob that looks pretty sweet could be the best of both worlds, add a set of leather pro T-sport bags and you are there

Default Yes and no

Bought a 2014 Switchback FLD. Test rode a 2012 before buying. Took my bike home and on 2nd ride discovered the Switchback vibration problem. 2 attempts to fix by dealer has not improved the bike. Owned 03 Lowrider, 05 Deluxe and 07 Road Glide. All 3 great bikes. This one not so much unless they stop the vibration between 2800-3200 rpm in all gears. Will never buy another new bike unless I get to test ride the very bike I am buying.

Have a 2013 FXDB and have been contemplating a 2014 FXDF for the great handling and Mad Max looks. Originally the FXDB was planned for my wife, but ultimately she found the FXDB too heavy and opted for a XL 1200T, so I kept it as my bike.

However, the longer I have the FXDB, the more I love it. It's a quintessential Dyna, open to mods in every style and direction. I'm also quite fond of the 2013 black & blue color scheme. Last but not least I prefer mids over forwards, so I guess I would get the same bike again.
