Default New to me Dyna owner

Hey all, just picked up a 2000 Dyna Lowrider from the original owner, has 19k on it and in great condition. It is stock except the SE 95 inch big bore kit and is carbed. I plan on going gear drive cams since it is the good bottom end Harley built, 99 to 02 had forged bottom ends with Timkin crank bearings so run out is usually not a problem. I also wanted to ask how big of a rear tire can you put on it without a lot of mods.
Thanks

Depends on the brand tire as they do vary a bit, but the rule of thumb is 140mm. I have a 150 Avon but it's really tight, but I did a belt to chain conversion.

Default nice!

got my 03 for the same reasons and haven't had a regret yet. pretty sure the good cranks extended through the 03 model year?.bought it with 57k miles and did the tensioners myself, other than R&R on the inner cam bearings. even with the miles on this bike the crank runout was right at .001!. your gonna love that dyna!.

Ok, thanks guys, I read somewhere if you did something to the fender bolts you could put a 150 rear tire on, I am going to use Michelin Commander II tires when the current tires wear out. Just dont want to run into issues
