Default Cleaning Silver Engine cases

Some of you may have had difficulty getting the silver engine cases to look nice after a while, I know I did. I decided to try some Zep Degreaser and a green scotchbiite pad and it looks great, as good as new. Just thought I'd share.

Used Simple Green many times with little in the way of results. I use it to wash everything else though.

I use Adam's premium car care all purpose cleaner on my bike and my truck, works great on any surface.

But the real kicker is Their in and out spray! spray it on your clean case and it stays clean. I have a black case on my bike and ride short stints of gravel when I go to work and my case stays MUCH cleaner and is much easier to clean once it really gets nasty. my black wheels, swing arm, and frame will have piles of white gravel dust on them, but my engine, primary, and tranny case still look like they just rolled off the show room floor.
