By the way, who makes these?

 

They're "unbranded" at this point, that's the reason for the price. HD or whatever company buys from the same supplier by the thousands (probably for $10 a pop or less) then sells for $399 each after stamping a bar and shield logo on it. These are the same stinking lights straight from the factory.
