I'm happy with the results, 90 lb ft and 75 HP. AFR was spot-on too.

What do you mean by AFR was spot on? There's no real "spot" where AFR has to be, different for all applications, sometimes you need it to be richer/leaner at different times and areas of the MAP

12.5 to 13.0 at WOT is pretty much "spot on". Remember, on the dyno, at WOT, you're in open loop and your O2s have nothing to do with your AFR. It's pre-programmed and fixed by the tune or factory setting. Your statement is true at part throttle, when you're in closed loop.

But your graph shows much leaner in the 2500-3000 rpm range. That’s way too lean for WOT operation. I sure wouldn’t consider that “spot on”.

I was there during the run. They gradually rolled into the throttle until just over 3K rpm. At that point they nailed it. Subsequently it was in closed loop at that time, until going to WOT. I asked the dyno operator about the part throttle 15.xx AFR. He said it was fine. I left it at that.

If that's how they recoreded the run they don't know how to make a pass on a dyno. You don't "gradually roll on) you go wide open when you hit the record button, usually around 1800 - 2000 RPM's.
