I've ordered a couple items from them with no real issues however at the Timonium Show I tried to speak with one of their reps who was as unfriendly and disinterested as one could possibly be. His only interest seemed to be a conversation with another vendor. His answer was quick and crude. That alone turned me away and I purchased new ape hangers, cables, tach and mirrors elsewhere. Maybe not a fair judge but if I'm spending money I want service and satisfaction.

 

I got tagged with a big restocking fee at on a purchase at EP. Off my list.

 

I've only ordered once from them, but was happy with their service. I'll probably buy from them again sometime.

 

I've had nothing but great experiences with Eastern Performance and recommend them all the time. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience but I wouldn't write them off because they are one of the better online part suppliers and have great customer service.

 

Sorry to hear this. I've ordered about 40 different times from them (each time, over $100), and always received EXACTLY what I ordered in usually less than three days, and by far, the absolute best price I could find anywhere on the 'net. I just ordered a set of PM mirrors and PM grips from them. They beat J&P's Open House Rally "special price" (which sucks) by just over $60, I got free shipping, ordered them on Monday night, and had them in-hand on Thursday. Wasted my gas money even going to J&P's Open House.

I'll continue to buy from Eastern until I can no longer ride.
