Hey, can anybody help me out? My 2007 FLHT E-Glide dies on me in the mornings when it's cold outside and the bike is cold. It's like I turn off the ignition. It never happens when it's a little warmer, usually in temps below 54 degrees. I have taken it to 2 shops in town, one said it might be the battery, which I replaced (was 2 years old) or the Key Fob battery for the alarm system. I replaced both, it still does it. The Harley dealership thought it might be the Power Commander, which they removed and did a new download, but it still died this morning 3 times on my way to work.I am stumped.

When it dies are you going down the road or is it as you come to a stop? Do you still have power? If it has power and it is when you are idling down, check the Crank Position Sensor.
Thank you for your help.Yes i still have power lights radio everything it is almost always a straight shot and it just quits it will start wright back up it might do it two or three times then it won't do it the rest of the day, Only does it first thing about 4 or 5 miles into the trip to work. Thank you again Momo
