Default 2007 Electra Glide Dies when cold

Hey, can anybody help me out? My 2007 FLHT E-Glide dies on me in the mornings when it's cold outside and the bike is cold. It's like I turn off the ignition. It never happens when it's a little warmer, usually in temps below 54 degrees. I have taken it to 2 shops in town, one said it might be the battery, which I replaced (was 2 years old) or the Key Fob battery for the alarm system. I replaced both, it still does it. The Harley dealership thought it might be the Power Commander, which they removed and did a new download, but it still died this morning 3 times on my way to work.I am stumped.

When it dies are you going down the road or is it as you come to a stop? Do you still have power? If it has power and it is when you are idling down, check the Crank Position Sensor.
