Open the right handlebar switch housing. Sounds like you've switched the brake light and right turn signal.

On my 2010 FLHRC the right turn is orange/white and the brake is Red/Yellow. Yours is most likely the same.

The wire that supplies power to both the turn signal switch and the brake light switch is orange and white (accessory circuit).

The power coming out of the R/H turn signal switch is White/Brown (this wire sends the signal to the turn signal module).

The power coming out of the brake light switch (to power the brake lamp) is Red/Yellow.

You will need to get back into that wiring and make sure the color codes match when you connect the wires.

Everything looks correct. When I apply rear brake everything good. When I apply front brake no light. When I apply both simultaneously right indicater comes on.

As far as think a bout it. I've been wrenching on these things since I was 15. Believe me I've thought about it. This one has me stumped. I'm not perfect. I'm probably over looking somthing.

Exactly what was done to the wiring for the handlebar switches when you changed the bars? Does the wiring run outside the handlebars?

Nothing. I pulled the pins out of the connectors on each side under the tank. Pulled the wires out of stock bars. No splicing was needed. Ran the wires inside new bars installed pins in connectors. Plugged in.

Your description of the problem in post 1 conflicts with post 5.
Could you clarify exactly what is going on?
