07 Dyna Low beam question
Is it normal for only the top half of a stock Dyna headlight,
light up on low beam?

No. At least mine does not do that. Any chance its got an LED replacement bulb? Some of the do that top half bottom half thing.

No, it's a stock bulb.I tried with a new one and it does the same thing.
