Default Battery passes, then fails test?

I took my battery to a local indie shop for load testing and they said it was fine - like new. It's 2 years old, and I didn't think it was why my 2009 Dyna was having issues starting.

Now my local HD dealership is saying my battery needs replacing. Why would one shop say it's fine, but another say it fails? Is that a thing?

Testing how .... Did they use a load tester? Heated? Did you get a "read out" ? Voltage passed? Cranking passed?

Ya I just went through a similar thing.static voltage was good, load test with a load tester said good, and running voltage was good. When I did the crank test was when I found out it was weak. Swapped out the battery and all is good again.
