Default What is this connector for?

Sorry, I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to electrical, there is this electrical connector under the seat and I am wondering what it would be for. It is live, even with ignition off so I know it goes to the battery.
Any help is appreciated. It is on a 2009 FXCW Rocker
