Police uses blue and red lights, but every bike and car has red lights. So I think I just need to disconnect blue lights, I can keep red ones, right? I still didn't find police light switch on my bike, where is it?

I would just ask the first officer you see. They actually like to help.

Don't get your blood pressure up, OP. I am sure someone can provide 4 factors to help you find the switch.

When I used to ride my bicycle on the roads, I had powerful red and amber tail lights (400 lumens each) and a strobe flashing headlight (1200 lumens). A local cop rolled down his window while next to me at a stop light to compliment me on how well I could be seen, and when the light changed he went on his way.......

The switch is under the throttle.
Red lights to the rear is legal, not to the front.

I'd keep the blue ones if I were you. They are much more attractive looking and people really respond much better to them when your taking a left turn. Did I say "Blues a pretty color" ?

Ah, you reap what you sow.

The problem with being a know it all PITA around people is that when YOU need know something, they aren't likely to help.
