Default Wiring mess Fxlr

I did a bunch of work recently to my 92 low rider. I removed the front markers, went with led rear turn signals and changed my bars. Somewhere in doing this, I have created a wire mess. With the key on engine off there are some solenoids clicking. When it clicks, I can not start the bike, the signals do not work and the headlight gets brighter. This has me very confused. The bike is a 92.

There is starting solenoid, it should click one time when you start engine. Check battery voltage.

Right. I am saying key on engine off. There is a relay/ solinoid just clicking on and off. It does not do it rhythmically but kind of sporadic. It just clicks on and off with be key on and the engine not running. When it clicks on nothing on the bike will work. It's like something is shoring out
