Default ECM fuse blowing

Hello
Fuse does not blow until bike is running a few seconds. When ignition is switched on and kill switch is turned on all is good...the bike starts as normal, runs a few seconds then blows the fuse. I removed the power commander V and it runs as normal but that could just be because some wires got moved...guys where do I start

Try putting the PCV back on and see if the fuse blows again. If it does the PCV is probably bad. If it doesn't you have gremlins.

larsfum's idea is a good place to start. Other than that gfriend it's always good to state the year and model of bike you're working on. This site is great, go to the search tab, type in what ever year your bike is and style, eg 2014 Touring, then look for wiring diagrams.

Disconnect ECM and check resistance between wire and ground.

If you swap wires and the dead cylinder swapped it cannot be the coil.
