Default Turn signal marker lamps

2016 FLHR
I noticed yesterday that my left blinker indicator on the console was rapid blinking, so I stopped on my way home and picked up a couple of turn signal bulbs.
When I got home I noticed my left marker light was exceptionally bright so I pulled both right/left lenses and seen that the left blinker was working...sort of.
the elements were reversed. the blinker filament was on all the time, and the running light filament would flash. after fiddling with it, it finally threw a code:

B2141 (left front turn signal open)
B2169 (running lights output overload)

now though after I clear the codes and it re-faults, my marker lights (front and rear) go out and my turn signals function normally except the console indicator rapid blinks

any ideas?
