Default Help with indicator choice

Hi guys, a real newbie so please be gentle with me....

I have a 2015 iron done a few mods so far, drag bars, tank lift, drop mirrors, speedo relocated to my shed. I want to change indicators to small LEDs, been looking online and they all seem pretty cheap to buy, but my question is do i have to buy specific rear ones for brake lights and side lights? See told you I was a newbie

Here's hoping

Lee

Hello Lee. Now which 'East Sussex' are you in? If it's in the UK the indicators have to show amber when lit and your rear light has to show red. Be aware that LED flasher bulbs can give problems, as they draw a very low current compared with filament lamps. You would be better off asking your question in the Sportster section, where you should get more hits and help. They will know if your bike is canbus or not, which affects the way LED flashers work.
