Default Anybody take apart bullet turn signal?

One of my bullet turn signals is flaking off the chrome alittle on the reflector piece. There is a rubber ring that looks like all that holds the reflector in. Is it possible to replace the reflector provided I can find a used bullet signal somewhere?

Carefull that your blinker fluid does'nt escape when you remove the ring. It's a pain to replace that stuff.

Sweet! I have been wondering about that as I have been wanting to take apart my rear bullet bar siganls and replace the inner part with the inner part from front signals so that I can have real running lights and not the stupid electrical box!

Thanks!
