Default Adding a brake light to the Nightster Help!!

Hello so I purchased a new license plate bracket that came with a STOP light like the old model t's and I'm trying to wire it into the system. I know if I tap into the wires under the seat the running light portion will work, but the stop light will flash when I turn the signal on since they are on the same circuit. I read from someone on here that you can tap into the rear brake light switch for the running light and brake light, but my question is since its only tapped to the rear brake light switch won't the stop light only turn on when you apply the rear brakes. I'm trying to find a way to get the stop light to light up when I hit both front and rear brakes. I looked and could not find where the flasher is to try to splice before it but I couldn't find it. Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks!

HD sells a tailight for chopped fenders, a little LED one. Maybe you could find out how to wire yours in from the instructions for that one?
