My left front running/turn signal went out. Checked with circuit tester and it's not getting power for running mode, but the turn signal flashes fine. Replaced the bulb, and it still won't work. Any ideas where the likely issue is? Not sure how to remove the "socket/reflector" assembly from the chrome housing. Thank you all.
