Default Short in turn signal wire - now bike won't start

I added LED's to my tour pak (2012 FLHTK) and while testing them I stupidly shorted one of the wires to ground after turning the key off but just as the security was arming itself. I now have no turn signals and no response to pressing the start button. The headlight, taillight and brake lights all work fine. The fuel pump runs when the key is on. Do I need to replace the start relay, the system relay, or something else? Thanks in advance.

It turns out that fuse #6 that is labeled "Battery" was blown. New fuse and all is well again.
