Default PCIII Map Question 07 Street Bob

07 Street Bob
VH Slip On's
AN Big Suck
PCIII USB

Sent the bike to Custom shop to have PC and a A.N Intake installed. After installation I hit the road (friday) Noticed a knock/ping like sound when while cruising, I roll on the throttle hard. Almost sounds like a screw driver hitting a thin metal plate or something opening and closing. Also noticed it while at idle, snorting the throttle as well. The bike also now has a hesitation around the 10-15% TP at around the 1500-2500 RPM range. Im unsure what map the custom shop installed. I did look over the maps on the PC website, and I cannot find any with my setup. So, I went with what was closest to mine which was SE slip on's and SE intake.
Ive sense emailed fuel motto, and Im awaiting a map from them, but wanted to ask some of you for your thoughts, and see if I can get going in the right directions so i can ride worry free.. The sound it makes and the slight hesitation is more of a annoyance because i cannot put my finger on the issue, and it was not there prior to the install.. Any help would be great, especially if you guys have or know of a map I can download that is for my particular setup.

Thanks
