I just finished installing a Crane 6000 cam and Baisley spring on my '07 Ultra and it starts and runs quiet with good oil pressure but I am leaking oil badly from at least one upper seal on each cyl. I would not doubt I am leaking from all of them. Thus is the first time working on a twin cam but have done this on evo motors and the direction seem the same. I also need to add the I had a very hart time getting the spring clips on the pushrods. I used the harley quick install kit.On my Indian(an evo) I seem to remember that if the upper pushrod covers (the aluminum ones that the springs set on) were not fully seated in the upper bores in the head before the pushrods tightened they would not go in. A good friend working in H-D parts in another city said when the upper covers get pushed up into placethey will go in and if pushed harder they will seat fully. When I first removed the clips and the bottom cover the top upper tubes were very snug and really had to be worked down out of the heads. I intend on getting new seals and doing this over any tip will be very welcome.

I had the same thing happen to me on my 2002 Road Glide. I removed the clips and slid the upper tubes out of the heads and made sure they weren't damaged. I then reinstalled them and rotated the tubes after they were in the bores in the heads, reinstalled the clips and road tested it. No oil leaks! As I recall the fit in the heads was a very snug one. I guess the tubes were not fully seated the first time, which was a relief since I really did not want to totally remove the tubes and pushrods to install new o-rings. Hope you might have the same luck!
Motion Pro makes a took that makes pushrod covers easy....kind of like a reverse pliers that holds down the spring-loaded cover so you can easily insert the top piece that locks everything in when the spring is released. $35. I bought one for "next time" - last time, I used the old pry-em down with a couple screwdrivers. It can be frustrating, but it works.
PS check that you've got ONE o-ring at the top - not zero or TWO. Don't ask me how I know this.... ;-) - BrianK
pre-lubing the ring seals helps the tubes seat. once you have the tubes seated, rotate the tube before installing the clip. clip should snap in easily.
