Default S&S 570 cams as a bolt in on stock 96", results?

Anyone use the S&S 570's as a bolt In on a stock engine? Planning on a 107 eventually, just curious as to how effective it will be with stock compression.

I think you will be disappointed. Plan on a cam for the 96" and another cam for the 107"; Andrews 48 now and maybe Andrews 57 later.

Great cam but a very poor choice for a 96 inch motor.

If in fact the compression was brought up to meet the needs of the .570, then it would/could work very well, but as a plug/play only upgrade, no.
An Andrews 48, or a Wood 222 are 2 that would work well.

They jury is in, I made a promise that i would leave the bike alone for a while if I was able to do a cam swap. SO, I am getting a set of Andrews 48's and some adjustable pushrods. EVERYONE likes these cams, so thoughts?
