Default 2004 SE Deuce

I have a 2004 SE Deuce 95 ci. bike with 13,000 miles. It's pretty much stock with the exception of a Direct Link Tuner and Bassani Road rage 2 in 1. It's presently at 101 tq/ 86 hp. I want to join the 100/100 club and have a couple of thousand dollars to help me get there if that is possible. What upgrades should I do to help me get there?

Headwork and cams; could bore to 98" but the cost/benefit is not there with only 13k miles on the clock; 95" will get you there.
