Actually I wished I lived closer to Kirby or Scott, I'd just pull up, unload the bike off the trailer. Just say Hook me up right and call me she's done. LOL

We were more focused on other cams then, and came to the stark realization that we can make almost any cam perform to it's true potential, surrounded with the proper components/heads.

That is the real trick, knowing what works in a given combo. I keep looking at cams for TC's and I keep comparing them to my favorite shovel and Evo cams, the Andrews AB and S&S 561, trying to remember how they performed. Then again I didn't have this many cubes to play with........

SnS 570s will make good midrange peak tq and hp for the intake duration they have.. Due to the long exhaust duration, TQ can be pretty bad on the 2000 to 2500 range on builds with high flowing exhaust ports and exhaust systems.. The throttle will feel sluggish then change behavior as 2500-3000 is crossed and start pulling hard when using partial throttle.. If this sounds like it it might bother you, go for a cam with about the same intake duration with less exhaust duration. 570s seem to work better if there is an anti reversion step in the exhaust port and / or smaller exhaust valves like what SnS uses in their heads..
