looking @ making a change in my 2012 Ultra with 107
Does any one have experience with these Tman 625 cams in a bagger. Doc suggested these or the Tman 600.

Thx Bob

Have never run the 625 but currently running the 600SM in my all bore 107" motor (4.125 x 4.00) in a 2002 FLHT, CV44 carb, ported heads, FM head pipe and 4" Jackpot muffler, moderate compression and I like the cam. 124TQ/110HP and 100TQ by 2000 rpms; what's not to like? You might need more than stock compression to get the most from the 600SM. Mine is set up at 10.4 static and a 107" motor with stock head gasket will be about 10.2; not much difference though and I wish I had pushed mine to about 10.6. Listen to Doc, pretty smart guy.

I have an all bore 107 with the 600SM, at 10.5 comp. with Baisley Super Stock Plus heads, 55mm HPI with 5.3 injectors. 120/123 HP & Torque and 100 lbs. at 2000 rpm. I don't think you will be disappointed. The 625 probably needs more compression, throttle body, head work etc. to use the cam effectively.

I run the 625 in my all bore 107 and love it. 10.6 compression, 48mm HPI TB and Supertrapp 2:1. 118/121 with FLAT tq curve. Tq is instant. Yet has good manners.

I run them in my 107 and couldn't be happier. I also ran the S&S 585's and the SE 259E in the same set up. The 625's out performed both of them. Dyno was 115hp.

jack6hd is your 107 a 3.937 bore with the standard 4.375 crank for a 96 or 103
every body replying seems to have a 107 all bore.

There is only a 1.0 / 0.8 (HP / TQ) difference between an all bore 107" (106.9 ci) and a longer stroke 107" (106.5 ci) when everything is the same (CR, cam, exhaust, etc.).

With a shorter stroke, the all bore should rev quicker and have a lower piston speed?

For the '07 & up models, there is no 4" stroke crank unless it is a special order.
