Inspect the cables closely, especially at the crimped connectors for the post connections.
Even bend the cables somewhat to verify the integrity inside the insulation.
If the battery load tests good, check with a voltmeter across the battery terminals WHILE starting is taking place.Too much voltage drop would indicate a starter or solenoid is going awry.
I chased one on my '07 RK Classic and found it to be the points in the solenoid would intermittently make good connection to permit power to the starter.
Found it by tapping on the solenoid while starting and points weren't making and it started. I now carry a cut off hammer handle in my tool bag and it hasn't done it again,thru many,many starts, since having the proper tool in the bag..... go figure.

Assuming is no way to troubleshoot an electrical issue...
Have the battery load tested. Until you know you have a fully charged battery in good working condition, you cannot troubleshoot.
