Default 120ST Tman 660SM

Thundermax with auto tune, R&R cam plate with Zippers tensioners, Fueling lifters, S&S quickie pushrods and TP engineering pro roller rockers are on there way along with Tman 660SM cams and .030 head gasket. Stock, I was sitting at 111hp/118tq. I'm looking for around 125-130/125-130. Does that sound doable? 120ST has a 58mm throttle body and 5.3 injectors, running a Propipe. Thoughts?

Id think you should be able to get better than 130. 113's are getting close to 130. 117 getting around 135. Should be around 140 or close to it with right stuff. I'm no expert.

I'm getting the fever right now. Snow is melting all around, I've seen a few bikes out lately. Id be happy around 130/130. I have heard this cam runs well if you bump compression but will that mess with longevity or have I killed it with this high lift cam anyway?

Should be ok. Cam probably comes on around 3000rpm. Should be strong on the big end. Higher compression would help low end some. If you're not happy, the cam is an easy swap later.

Should be able to accomplish the task. Checking on another forum, I seen two 120st motors both having D&D Boarzilla exhaust and they pulled 125/135 and 128/141 with a good tune and exhaust. Thinking your exhaust might be on the small side (regular or Hi-Output?) but, will push the curve to the left a little and won't see those peak numbers.

It's a Hi Output 2-1. I love the sound of this pipe.

Never worked with that cam, but I do know that a Wood 9B plug/play, will push the torque up into the mid-130's.

I upgraded my '07 FLHX to 120" (not the crate motor) T-man 662-1, HD Street Performance head porting, 10.8 cr, HPI 58mm, Drago 2:1 pipes, welded and plugged flywheels. 127hp/140 tq. 26,000 miles on upgrade, 40,000 on bike. Runs great, great manners in town.

I looked at Woods but that website is too busy to follow. I read about Tman and drank the koolaid.

Bike sounds like fun. Should be able to roast a tire in third?
