Default 8 valve power output

80 hp and 98 ft/bs is what a shop in the Tacoma area has seen now.
Broad torque, but runs out of steam at about 5000.
Let the cam-of-the-month-club, wars begin............lol!

While the lack of power on a stock is great for the aftermarket and engine builders, I for one am tired of having to spend money on an already expensive motorcycle.

While my 124" Harley brings a smile to my face, I actually get a bigger smile from my 100% stock sport bike. The sad part of it all, the sport bike cost less brand new than it did to bring the Harley upto 124".

I own 5 HD style bikes that make anywhere from 100hp to 150hp.. I have just as much fun on the 100 hp bike as the 150 as far as power goes.. (the 150 is lighter and handles a bit better tho) I do think the peak HP is a little low but TQ is fine.. I wonder what the stage 1 will do.. 110 torque and 95 hp might be OK..

The only problem I see with this bike is the addition of the counter rotating ballancer.. I've ridden a few TC softails and really didn't like the feel of compression braking.. Motors didn't have enough for some reason.. I need to ride one of these..

Scott if a good cam and pipe and tune garners about 22% increase over stock, that suggests this 107 M8 could hit 120 ft/lbs?
BTW starting 124 #17 this week?
