Hello Boyz

My question is would the Screamin' Eagle 58mm Throttle Body P/N 27713-08, and Screamin' Eagle® Pro High-Flow Injector Kit - 27796-08
be sutible for my build ? is it to large and are the injectors necessary or any other suggestion getting ready to finally install it in my 2011 SG.

I'd go more along the lines of a HPI 52mm TB and the higher flowing injectors. The 58mm will work but I think that it's a little bit large for a 106" engine.

HPI 55mm with 4.9 se injectors worked well on my 107!

58mm Tb too big for a 106?? Are you serious?!

Not too big at all. Seen 62 and 66mm size Tb on hot 106 and 107 engines that have run just fine up top and down low. It's all in the tuning.

Yes I am. For his particular application a 52mm from HPI would be ideal.

The 58 is fine but you should bump the compression with the 585 cam to 10.5-10.8 to 1.. If staying with the 10 to 1 go with the 570 cam.. Even with it, I'd bump the CR to 10.2-10.4.

I Run a 58MM on mine with the 5.3 Injectors.. Its very close to being too much.

If you have too much throttle body and injectors you will get clunky throttle response.
